Real Estate Scenario in Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas

Regarding the topic, Claudia Díaz de Sandi, General Manager of Grupo VIO, recalled that both Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas are among the top ten markets with the highest growth in Mexico. This scenario, she said, encourages a promising outlook for investors.

The specialist pointed out that in both markets, there is an interesting dynamism in terms of property appreciation, making them “guaranteed investment” locations.

“If we talk about Bahía de Banderas, it’s a guaranteed beach investment destination. The investments made, both in pesos and dollars, have obviously provided investors with very good appreciation in the short term. And in that sense, we offer the possibility to invest in the Kayak project,” she noted.

Claudia Díaz mentioned that investment opportunities in residential properties in this region of the country range from 3 to 6 million pesos.

Furthermore, she reiterated that, on a national level, both Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas stand out as two of the destinations with the greatest potential.
