Feasibility or viability of the project is based on data: sales prices, sizes, number of bedrooms, features. Lenders can also require other data such as absorptions of similar properties, what amount of inventory is for sale. Will the project come on stream at the time it can be sold and absorbed? Will the projections of sales pay for the mortgage and interest?

Age is typically 20 years old to 38 years. **Millennials are individualistic, innovative, creative, revel in diversity, multi-taskers, and go by their own rules. M´s rely on their intuitive sense to understand technology from the environment in which they have grown up. They can bring a more creative and innovative approach to solving problems than previous generations.

GENERATION X – Renting and Owning Real Estate

Generation Xers, between the Millennials and the Baby Boomers are between the ages 37 and 52 years old. Often described as reticent compared to the generations before them, their habitual reluctance can cause them to lose their ¨voice¨ in the politics of where they live and work. Generation X´s came of age in the 1980s and early 1990s. The oldest remember Watergate scandal and the youngest are raising families. They became politically aware during the Reagan-Bush or Clinton years. As adults, they are more conservative than millennials and less partisan than boomers.
