In my opinion, it is most important that you interview and select an agent who will represent you, because they have experience here representing buyers and not the seller. This agent should also have the degree of ethics and professional behavior, to put you first in this transaction. This is, of course, what you want from an agent, whether you are looking at resales or new. But there is more risk for you buying property which does not legally exist when you have an accepted offer. The contracts of the developers will not have the elements in them which we use in resale contracts.

CONDOMINUMS continue to be the most popular real estate product, as far as FBS MLS stats go. Our reports can show us prior year comparisons to show us in relation to last year or other years, how have we done so far, this first half of 2019. Emiliano Zapata Most Popular Area. Again, the highest US dollar volume of sales is Zona Romantica, or Emiliano Zapata, on the south side of the Rio Cuale.  Estimates indicate there are another 500 preconstruction units approved, in addition to what we see already being built.

For the seventh year in a row, The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) organized and presented a Symposium on the historic centers of Mexico. The purpose of these events is to focus on the renewing and modernizing of Mexico’s major urban areas. This year’s Symposium was held in Mexico City (CDMX) at the historic Palacio de Mineria (Mining Palace.) More than 300 attended the two-day event. The opening reception was at the Plaza Garibaldi (a.k.a. “The Home of the Mariachis.”) in the tequila museum.

The system we usually follow before we decide to sell doesn’t have the checks and balances it should. Your paperwork trail needs to satisfy the notary. He has to have everything he needs to not only establish a clear picture of you as the owner, but he has to have a documented history of your utility use in the property. Your utility bills must match your legal address in your deed.  Everything has to match!
